Airline complaints – airline criticism

Air travel is very exciting and comfortable for people. It has become an easy means of transportation in today’s world. People traveling for the first time have a totally new experience which is obvious with fear and nervousness.

It saves a lot of time and this travel is treasured in their lives. It becomes memorable for all people with good as well as bad aspects. This airborne experience becomes bad when passengers lose their luggages or their luggages are damaged and even when proper food is not served to them.

This makes them very annoyed and disturbed. Airline complaints even psychologically disturbed when air staffs use abusive language or behave illegally with them and many other airline complaints. The passengers become so furious that it makes the passengers to aid help from the higher authorities so that they can solve these airline complaint and make proper judgment. 

It is best for the passengers to lodge a complaint Rather than personally fighting with the staff. If the problem occurs inside the flight itself then the passenger can speak to the attended. And if the airline complaint occurs after the travel, then the Passenger can contact the customer service office for the Airline complaint.

Before complaining about the problem, the Passengers should know the basic rules and regulations of the airline industry. The passenger should give appropriate information about the problem such that the authorities make up their mind for the outcome of the airline complaint.

Information like the name of the flight, flight number, the distance traveled and even the time when the problem happened. And he should even put forward his actual problem or about what wrong happened to him.

For example, if any luggage is mislaid then the information given in there code should match the type of the luggage, only then the authorities will be able to bring back the lost luggage.

The complaints should be very soon solved or else it might spread and spoil the reputation of that particular airline industry.

The authorities should be quick and smart enough to solve the dilemma and make the passengers satisfied and also save energy.  If one is traveling for a short distance or through cheap airlines then it will be difficult for the passenger to seek Help if any problem occurs.

Airline complaints are very easy to be made but solving it becomes very difficult. Therefore these problems should be solved patiently to avoid any further problems. The passenger should not be impolite in talking to the authorities for help. Sometimes the authorities will also have to compensate for the lost baggage.

Nowadays even complaint forms are available online also which the customers can fill and the airline industry takes necessary action and attention to these airline complaints and rectify it.

Therefore all the pros and cons should be considered before taking any step. The best way to avoid such dilemmas is to make sure that such problems don’t arise with careful checking procedure   in the aviation industry, and proper training should be given to the airline staff to behave properly and make them aware about the rules and regulation of the companies.
